Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cruise travel, group travel, family travel, and more for various occasions such as vacations, honeymoons, and weddings
- Understand and fulfill customers' needs and preferences regarding schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Design and organize tour packages, excursions, and day trips that cater to our clients' interests and preferences
- Assist in booking reservations for travel essentials, including hotels, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel destinations, and supplier information to offer expert advice and recommendations
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Equipped with a computer and reliable WiFi connection
