Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized service.
- Acquire, transfer, and replenish products, ensuring timely restocking and maintaining a well-stocked store environment.
- Protect and safeguard merchandise during transport for customers and employees, prioritizing safety and security.
- Load purchased items into customers' vehicles and resupply shelves for future patrons, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Travel Requirements:
While frequent travel is not a requirement, occasional meetings, training sessions, or support for neighboring stores may necessitate travel.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the store's busy periods.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without support, with the capacity to lift heavier weights with or without assistance.
- Proficiency in using standard retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets, with a focus on data handling tasks.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales-related roles, with a focus on customer service and product handling.
- Preferred qualifications include 6 months of experience in retail, home improvement, or hardware stores, as well as experience in merchandising, loading, and unloading materials.
