We are seeking a licensed Masters Social Worker to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity. As a Social Worker at blithequark, you will partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. This role requires researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs, and empowering members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices. All member contact is done telephonically or via electronic exchange, and you will work as a team with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.
To be successful in this role, you must have an active and unrestricted LSW, LMSW, LCSW, or LISW license in the state of your residence. You should also have at least 2 years of experience in medical social work or case management, and a Master's Degree in Social Work. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our members.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a remote, part-time capacity. The typical pay range for this role is $46,597.20 - $101,228.40 per year, depending on experience and location.
