As a Remote Legal Document Notary with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll play a critical role in our operations, utilizing your expertise to remotely notarize legal documents and travel to various locations to facilitate notarization. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize video conferencing technology to remotely notarize legal documents, including real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Travel to various locations, such as clients' homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization.
- Verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure proper document execution in accordance with legal requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations governing notary practices.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- U.S. Citizenship: You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this role.
- Notary Public Commission: You must hold a valid Notary Public commission.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
