As a Gig Work Expert, you will be responsible for assisting our users in navigating the gig economy, providing expert advice on finding gig work opportunities, and collaborating with our virtual assistance and assistants team to match users with the right support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and advice to our community members on gig work opportunities and strategies for success
- Collaborate with the virtual assistance and assistants team to match users with appropriate support based on their needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the gig economy and share relevant information with our community
- Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and workshops on gig work-related topics
- Assist in the development and maintenance of our platform, ensuring it provides a user-friendly experience for our community members
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential gig work partners and clients
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Fud community by actively engaging with users and providing valuable insights and feedback
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in the gig economy and gig work opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using virtual assistance and assistance platforms
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
