Responsibilities
• Upload new products and ensure accurate data across all listings
• Track sales and build weekly/monthly reports
• Monitor inventory and site functionality to maintain a seamless customer experience
• Support promotions, markdowns, and new collection launches
• Collaborate with customer service to manage order inquiries
Skills
• 1–2 years of e-commerce or data entry experience
• Strong skills in Shopify and Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Organized, analytical, and adaptable
• Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, or SEO knowledge
