About the Role: Data Management Specialist

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at D1 Training, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of our data. Your primary focus will be on updating and maintaining our company databases and computer systems, providing critical support to our operations team. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Verification and Correction: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
• Research and Problem-Solving: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, applying data program techniques and procedures to resolve issues.
• Reporting and Backup Operations: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data integrity.
• Document Management: Scan documents and print files when needed, maintaining a organized and efficient filing system.
• Confidentiality and Data Security: Keep information confidential and respond to queries for information, accessing relevant files while maintaining data security protocols.

Essential Qualifications:
