Key Responsibilities

- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, stores, and associates, providing personalized support and resolving complex issues.
- Utilize available resources and tools to ensure customer satisfaction, including knowledge bases, scripts, and process guides.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of mandatory training programs.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
