Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Specialist to join our team at American Express. As a Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment and prevent future delinquencies. Job Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in credit management or a related field
- Ability to concurrently address 2-3 conversations and make quick decisions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer questions and concerns
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation

- Eye for detail and ability to recognize information gaps and explore to answer
- Ability to appreciate and respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
