Job Responsibilities
As a Client Success Associate, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a select group of clients to ensure campaign success
- Act as a trusted advisor and expert in our services and offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaign leads and ensure client satisfaction
- Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports and recommendations
- Drive account growth through excellent customer service, communication, and on-boarding
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience (or equivalent)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Comfort with using software such as MS Office, CRM, and custom-built systems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong empathy for clients and their success
