We are looking for one or two Founding Partners to help build the firm.
This is not a salaried role. It is an equity-style partnership built on performance — you bring in the clients, you share generously in the revenue they generate. For the right person, the earning potential is substantial.
What the role looks like:
You have an existing network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, founders, executives, or deep tech leaders who trust your judgment. You identify opportunities where Jorrus can create real value — complex strategic challenges, sensitive decisions, capital needs, organizational inflection points. You make the introduction, help scope the engagement, and stay involved as a senior advisor throughout. You earn a generous percentage of revenue from every client you bring to the firm, with no ceiling.
What we're looking for:
A genuine network, not a contact list. People who trust you enough to take a meeting based on your recommendation. Experience operating at a senior level — C-suite, investment, advisory, government, or entrepreneurial. The intellectual range to engage across industries and disciplines. Discretion. Integrity. A point of view.
We are not looking for sales professionals. We are looking for trusted advisors who happen to know the right people.
Compensation:
Generously structured commission on all engagements you originate, with ongoing residuals for retained clients. Terms discussed directly — they are designed to make this worth your time.
