Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont, due to regulatory and licensing compliance requirements. Additionally, you must possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date.

• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
• Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call Center experience, with a focus on excellence in service delivery
• Bilingual Spanish skills
