Role Overview – Patient Financial Services (PFS) Customer Service Representative
The Patient Financial Services Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is the frontline champion for patient billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and charity assistance. You will serve as a trusted liaison between patients, insurance payers, and internal finance teams, ensuring that all financial interactions are resolved accurately, courteously, and in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
