About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Part-Time Sales Closer & CRM Specialist to support our real estate operations. This role blends sales closing, CRM management, digital marketing coordination, and light UI/UX design collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and confident in handling client communication, follow-ups, and pipeline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct lead follow-up, discovery calls, and closing assistance to convert prospects into clients
• Manage and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, and reporting
• Coordinate with U.S.-based clients through professional and timely communication
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions across CRM and project tools
• Support scheduling, follow-up reminders, and preparation of briefs
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, design, and project execution
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from lead capture to closed deal
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in real estate, sales closing, or client relationship management
• Strong understanding of CRM tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Odoo, or similar
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (email workflows, funnels, ads coordination)
• Excellent English communication skills—clear, professional, client-facing
• Ability to work with U.S. business hours (partial overlap acceptable)
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualification
• Based in the U.S. or highly familiar with U.S. real estate processes
• Confident, personable communication style suited for client-facing roles
• Experience with automation tools, lead-generation platforms, and pipeline management
