As a part-time Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of this dynamic team, working closely with sales representatives and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data entry efforts for assigned campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the Digital Operations Client Services team in campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Collaborate with sales representatives and clients to resolve campaign-related issues and queries
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Disney's advertising products and services, including Disney+
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Accounting, to ensure revenue tracking and campaign delivery
- Troubleshoot ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support as needed
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in the advertising industry, preferably on the publisher or agency side
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including video, display, and social media
- Proficiency in data entry and management, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify areas for improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Disney or other media brands
- Knowledge of advertising technology, including ad servers and demand-side platforms
- Familiarity with data management platforms and campaign measurement tools
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field
