We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at the U.S. Member Service Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our members via phone and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, determining member needs, and providing appropriate solutions. You will utilize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues. As a liaison between Costco.com customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, you will operate multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats.
