Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, positive customer experience through various forms of contact, including inbound telephone support, web-based chat support, and email support.
• Utilize your specialized knowledge and experience to submit suggestions for improvement, streamlining current processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a part-time position, offering 20 hours a week, with a schedule that will be Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will work one of the shifts detailed below:

• 10:00am - 2:00pm (MT)

The pay rate for this role will range between $19.23 to $20.23 per hour, with arenaflex considering many factors when determining salary offers, such as the applicant's work experience, education and training, skills, market data, and internal equity.
