Job Overview

In this part-time role, you will work 34 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8am - 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. The position can be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and authorization requests, navigating our imaging software, and collaborating with other team members to meet client turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Navigate efficiently and effectively through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, utilizing your technical skills to optimize workflow.
• Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines, demonstrating your ability to adapt to varying workflows and procedures.
• Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, exercising your attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.

Qualifications and Requirements
