We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Full Time Faculty member to teach courses in our Counselor Education and Supervision Ph.D. program. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach one or more subjects within the prescribed curriculum and encourage student success
- Prepare and deliver competency-based online education, providing theory and practice education
- Partner with Enrollment, Academic, and Finance counselors to provide support to students
- Stimulate class discussions and foster an online culture of learning that values mutual responsibility, life-long learning, diversity, and ethics
- Serve as Chair of dissertation committees and participate in yearly doctoral residencies
- Compile, administer, and grade examinations, and provide qualitative, holistic feedback to support student learning
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision or a related field
- Independent license in the field of counseling
- Experience in conducting research or scholarly related activities
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to adapt to an e-learning environment
- Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research, and a passion for integrating faith and diversity into your work
