Mathnasium is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Learning Center Coordinator in San Diego, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our math learning center, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our mission to help students excel in math.

Responsibilities:
- Assume daily responsibility for ensuring all operational activities, such as data entry, managing spreadsheets, and coordinating with the Center Director, are properly completed.
- Administer educational math assessments to diagnose learning gaps and create learning plans for students.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students, building rapport and establishing trust.
- Assist with math tutoring, sales, and marketing tasks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching.
- Strong foundational math skills through Algebra 2 (high score on Math SAT or ACT).
- 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry skills.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable.
