Join Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) as a full-time Junior Production Artist and play a key role in creating engaging content for big brands like Costa, KFC, PUMA, and more. As a Junior Production Artist, you will be responsible for building and manipulating pages/files within InDesign, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with our production team to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout pages/files in InDesign, ensuring timely and efficient production while maintaining quality control.
- Manipulate images, including silos, retouching, and simple color correction.
- Ensure production quality control measures are met, and projects are delivered print- or digital-ready.
- Make client and team edits in multiple proof cycles, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with Content Specialists and other production team members, communicating production progress and using initiative and independent judgment to complete tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; professional degree preferred.
- Advanced English level (B2+).
- 1+ years of experience using InDesign in a professional capacity.
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign).
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, focusing on achieving client initiatives.
- Quick learner with a willingness to execute new knowledge of systems, processes, and techniques.
Note: This is a remote position, and candidates should be based in Colombia, preferably in Bogotá D.C.
