Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge Customer Service Representative to join our team at MedWatch LLC. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Compensation: Competitive salary ($16.00 - $18.00 per hour)
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role
- Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred
- Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
- Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Knowledge of medical terminology, provider organizations, and networks
- Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates and ability to negotiate rate structures
Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards
- Negotiate with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out-of-network providers
- Assist members with benefits and healthcare questions
- Document all calls received in system-based call log
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
