Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Remote Call Center Representative based in Orlando, Florida, to support our patient enrollment and pharmacy data operations. In this position, you will be responsible for processing new patient enrollments, handling inbound and outbound communications, resolving third-party rejections, and entering prescription information into our systems with precision and efficiency.
