The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Contract Analyst to join their team as an Operations and Policy Analyst 2. This is a remote opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere, although occasional travel to Salem or other locations across the state may be required.

The Business Information Services, Centralized Abuse Management (CAM) unit, within ODHS is responsible for ensuring program and policy integrity in Enterprise IT Project and operations and maintenance efforts. The Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP) is a dedicated program that ensures coordinated responsibility in determining timely eligibility benefits for Oregonians seeking supports related to health, food security, employment, and cash benefits.

Job Summary

As an IT Contract Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing IT Vendor Management Services with Contracts, providing oversight of IT vendors/licensed software contractors, and drafting scopes of work, statement of work, contract amendments, change orders, and insurance requirements. You will work closely with executives, system users, and vendors to ensure business needs are being supported and contractual obligations are met according to State laws and agency policies.
