The role We're hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer to own and scale paid search and display campaigns across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role managing real budgets for luxury real estate clients who expect results. You'll specialise in three channels: Performance Max asset group strategy, audience signals, negative keyword separation from branded SearchSearch Ads keyword architecture, match type strategy, quality score, RLSADisplay remarketing, in-market audiences, custom intent, frequency capping, responsive display ads What we're looking for Proven Google Ads experience with P-Max, Search, and Display not just awarenessStrong diagnostic instinct you audit before you optimise Clear, confident client communication you can explain a bad week without panicking Organised across multiple accounts you have a system, not just a to-do listComfortable with smart bidding strategy and when not to use itLuxury or real estate vertical experience is a bonus, not a requirement How we're hiring: a 4-stage competition We're not accepting CVs first.
