- Manage and organize submission deadlines to ensure timely responses to job postings and client requests.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads via phone and email to nurture potential business relationships.
- Utilize critical thinking to analyze job postings and client needs, crafting responses that highlight Sparkpoint's strengths and compatibility.
- Maintain detailed records of submissions, communications, and outcomes for ongoing analysis and strategy refinement.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with or willingness to learn about platforms such as Upwork and Indeed.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Associate degree or higher.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
