Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old and living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Have basic computer knowledge and navigation skills
- Meet the minimum computer requirements (see below)
Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working in a home office or remote environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and ability to navigate multiple systems

Training Requirements:
Mandatory training sessions will be conducted to ensure your knowledge of products, services, and company policies. Training schedules will be provided upon hiring and may include:
- 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm
- 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm
- Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
