- Engage in continuous learning and professional development, staying informed about marketplace and design industry trends, and sharing innovative ideas and solutions to improve team operations and customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience required, preferably in a design-related environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Interior design certification or degree, with 1 year of interior design experience preferred, and a strong understanding of basic design principles, including spatial planning, fabric selection, and interior design styles and trends.
- Passion for great customer service, with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences, and a strong desire to see the teams around you succeed.
- Excellent organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Demonstrated use of technology to drive business results, with an affinity for virtual communication and video conferencing, and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications.
