- De-escalate customer concerns, using your peace promotion skills to align the needs of the customer with the options available from the business, while staying within company guidelines
- Think critically to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts
- Be knowledgeable and multitask, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer customer questions
- Raise foundational issues, identifying areas where improvement is needed for Wayfair customers and offering suggestions to leadership
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend both languages
- Knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
