Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in handling account inquiries via inbound and outbound calls from patients, guarantors, or other third parties. Your primary responsibility will be to review account information, take appropriate actions in various systems to resolve inquiries, and secure payment on outstanding account balances. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in multiple account systems/applications, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient experiences.
