About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant with Experience Using Project Management Tools, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our executives are well-supported, and our operations run smoothly. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing, extracting, and acting upon relevant information across various communication sources, including email, instant messaging, calls, and more.
- Providing administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Creating tasks in a project management environment, maintaining organization, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinating meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Maintaining the organization of internal file systems, ensuring that information is easily accessible.
- Making travel arrangements, including research, planning, and booking.
- Managing the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling, including reminders.
- Producing reports, presentations, and briefs, as required.
- Collecting and summarizing information, both verbal and written.
- Preparing proposals and presentations, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- English proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Crypto savvy/personal experience in the crypto industry: A deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is essential.
- Proactive, adoptable, flexible: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience in remote work: You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and be self-motivated.
- Knowledge of office management tools and procedures: Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity tools is a must.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is essential.
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications: You should be tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload: You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize your workload effectively.
