Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit copy that is centered on enhancing the user experience across Tesla's digital products
- Collaborate with UX Design, Product Management, Engineering, and other Content Experts to develop and refine UI and UX copy
- Lead client research to focus on and advocate for users in each product stream
- Contribute to the style guide to ensure consistency in language and tone across all digital platforms
- Define copy normalization and develop UX writing best practices to enhance flexibility and accessibility across all stages
- Champion the normalization, consistency, and creativity of copy across Tesla's platform and products, aligning with business objectives
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting or content design for web, application, and email
- A Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or a related field
- Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to incorporate feedback and proactively find solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio that includes interface copy, emails, style guides, and other relevant writing samples
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Design, Engineering, and Product teams
