Substitution Criteria: 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Job Description: Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Solution Expert providing Cerner expertise, support, and knowledge transfer sessions to the National/VISN Councils/local workshops, and VA solution experts. Support Solution Expert in translation of functional requirements. Facilitate ticket management activities. Collaborate with Solution Management Administrator to facilitate design reviews and provide guidance and recommendations for solution optimization. Support the Office of Functional Champion Testing Team (OFCt) with testing activities. Facilitate best review of Oracle best practice recommendations for workflow and configuration.
