Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads, aligning with our firm's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the personal injury space.
- A deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving marketing objectives.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
