- Advanced degree in a related field, such as an MBA or MS in supply chain management
- 10+ years of experience in demand planning, customer support, or a related field
- Certification in demand planning, such as the Certified Demand Planner (CDP) designation

- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
