Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service support to members and providers through multiple contact center communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work, across various states and products.
- Conducting surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction to gather valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Accurately documenting pertinent details related to member or provider inquiries, ensuring that all interactions are thoroughly recorded and easily accessible.
- Demonstrating a strong ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation, including lunches and breaks, and being available to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
- Building rapport with customers, responding to their needs in an empathetic manner, and exceeding their expectations through proactive and personalized support.
- Listening attentively to customers, capturing relevant information, and identifying their inquiries and concerns to provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Meeting or exceeding individual performance goals established for the position, including call quality, attendance, adherence, and other contact center objectives.
- Collaborating with internal and external departments to proactively engage and address customer needs, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution.
- Taking ownership of providing resolutions in real-time or through timely follow-up with members and providers, demonstrating personal responsibility and accountability.
- Supporting provider needs for basic inquiries and assistance involving member eligibility, covered benefits, Provider Portal, and status of submitted claims.
- Communicating effectively in a professional setting, ensuring that all interactions are clear, concise, and respectful.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- An associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Systems training in Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, CRM, Verint, Kronos, Microsoft Teams, Video Conferencing, CVS Caremark, and Availity.
