We are looking for a results-driven and strategic leader to fill the role of Senior Director of Customer Success. As the first Senior Director of Customer Success at arenaflex, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic drives, owning revenue-related targets, including pipeline generation, expansion, and Net Dollar Retention. You will lead a team of senior managers and collaborate cross-functionally with groups like Sales, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to support our aggressive growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success, resulting in high customer satisfaction and significant revenue expansion
- Lead a team of senior managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive sales growth, and improve customer engagement
- Own revenue-related targets, including pipeline generation, expansion, and Net Dollar Retention, and develop strategies to achieve these targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Analyze data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to address these areas
