Job Overview: Senior Data Analyst - Quality Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst - Quality Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving sales strategies, and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute directly to sales and margin objectives in assigned categories by analyzing relevant data and integrating findings and recommendations into Category Plans.
- Drive strategic execution of everyday arrangement activities, such as off-rack plans, tracking promotional periods, and performing present analysis on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with an internal team of CVS experts in Stock, Estimating, Advancement, Money, Store Brands, Store Configuration, Advertising, and Store Tasks to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales records and stock levels of current inventory to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape; search out new competitive opportunities and make recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the market, research client item preferences, provider costs, and the competitive climate.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application.
- Technical expertise in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some experience with Access or other database information.
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.

- Experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably with a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or health insurance background.
