We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist I to join our remote team, based in Texas, Florida, or Illinois. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term relationships. This is a full-time position with a structured training program and opportunities for growth and development.
Our comprehensive training program is scheduled to commence on April 8th and will run for six weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm CST. Upon completion of training, you'll work a standard shift from 10:00am to 7:00pm CST, Monday to Friday, with potential variations and rotational on-call support required after hours.
