We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Customer Service professional to join our team, working remotely from the USA. As a key member of our AOG Logistics team, you will play a vital role in resolving aircraft on ground and critical part demand issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Customer Service position is a remote role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and analytical abilities. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand issues for our global customers. You will work closely with internal organizations to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, achieving key performance indicators and maintaining best-in-class performance.
