We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Ohio. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, and assisting our customers with their orders and accounts. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with additional pay for hours worked between 6pm-6am and on weekends.
