About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team for the holiday season. As a remote team member, you will be the friendly face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via email and live chat. Reporting to the US Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of our in-house customer service team, working closely with our Operations and Tech teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21 per hour, with a fixed-term contract from November 5th to January 31st. You will work 37.5 paid contract hours per week, with a schedule of 9 am to 5:30 pm ET, Monday through Friday, plus one weekend of work during the contract.
