We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Licensed Social Worker at arenaflex, you will partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. This role requires a strong ability to research available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs, empowering them to make positive lifestyle and medical choices.
To be successful in this role, you must possess an active and unrestricted LSW, LMSW, LCSW, or LISW license in your state of residence, as well as a Master's Degree in Social Work. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical social work or case management is required. You must be able to work independently in a remote setting and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, planning, and advocacy skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other clinical staff. You must be able to communicate effectively with members, families, and healthcare providers, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, you should be proficient in using electronic health records and other software applications.

The typical pay range for this role is $46,597.20 - $101,228.40, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
