About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative - Airbnb to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting hosts for our growing hospitality business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the Airbnb platform and exceptional networking abilities. Key Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties
• Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media
• Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability
• Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration
• Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts
• Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies
• Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress

What Will You Need to Succeed?

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development
• In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is between $40,000 and $45,000, and may be paid hourly/annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
