About the Role

We are seeking experienced Regional and HQ Service Delivery Managers to join our team. As a Corporate IT Service Delivery Manager, you will lead one or several teams of Corporate IT support teams focused on support-related matters. Your role will involve driving Corporate IT representation in the region, delivering Corporate IT services, being the first point of escalation in the region, spreading rules and policies to your teams and internal customers, focusing on quality, stability, and control, and participating in any initiative that involves technology in your controlled area. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Technology, Corporate IT, Procurement, Security, Global Estates, and IT Operations leads to align on and drive Corporate IT processes and objectives.
