• Manage relationships with customers, generating additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling, and promoting products that meet their needs and interests
• Resolve complaints, answer general questions, process orders, and complete various administrative projects as needed
• Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning blithequark's products, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience
• Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools, efficiently navigating Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's degree or higher
• Two (2) years of in-bound, phone-based customer service and sales experience, strongly preferred
• Technical savvy, with the ability to effectively use technology tools and resources required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job
• Experience working in Outlook and Excel, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and accurately record information
