Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. As a key member of their sales team, you'll be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls on behalf of their dental practice, listening to patients' conditions, and scheduling appointments. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat to schedule patient appointments with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Address client questions and concerns, handling objections in a professional and courteous manner.
• Effectively schedule patients for dental implant consultations, maximizing conversion rates and meeting sales targets.
• Manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflows, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with patients.
• Familiarize yourself with our working script and assigned locations, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Book and manage appointments for our clients, utilizing our CRM technology to track interactions and optimize sales performance.
• Respond to leads inside of our CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of potential patients.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills, with fluency in English being a must.
• Prior call agent or customer support experience, with a proven track record of handling objections and delivering exceptional customer service.
• The ability to learn new technology and software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to our CRM and project management tools.
• Strong phone and customer service skills, with a high degree of professionalism and care.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

• Knowledge of the dental industry, including dental terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with insurance, HIPAA compliance, and med/dental financing options.
• Experience with CRM technologies and project management software such as ASANA.
