Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of patients and their families. As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing empathetic support and exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:

- A base annual salary ranging from $37,440 to $43,680, depending on experience.
- Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100 to $400.
