- Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to ensure sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance.
- Make recommendations and process changes to policies, documenting all activity in EPIC.
- Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service, including processing insurance verification forms and acting as a liaison between customers and insurance companies.
- Identify opportunities to apply discounts, recognize cross-sell opportunities, and obtain quote information.
- Review policy information, assist insured in filing claims, and mail documentation as necessary.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment.
- A Property and Casualty insurance license, with a Membership license preferred or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
