About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Enterprise Data Strategy professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) crew, you will play a crucial role in strategizing across prospecting, acquisition, underwriting, and customer management to drive innovation in credit and fraud risk techniques and decisioning models. Your expertise will help us identify data use cases and incremental attributes to enhance risk techniques, contributing to extended acquisition and customer engagement, which in turn results in an increase in billings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of revolutionary and impactful strategies through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence
- Support the Enterprise Data Strategy across the customer lifecycle via dependent and risk-based total principles
- Analyze present and new data reasserts to find opportunities that will optimize our data answers & purchases and address business needs
- Review and monitor data quality, coverage, and freshness
- Analyze present data to develop metrics with the intention of supplying robust controls and insights
- Collaborate with new data and present partners to perceive new data possibilities and decorate present data change processes
- Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
- Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to blithequark's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed
- Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple past functional partners
- Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
- Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiar with big data and cloud environments
- Experience in a financial services company in a data or method function
- Knowledge of Credit Risk and or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or outside Credit or Fraud Risk data reasserts preferred
- Master's Degree or higher required, attention in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a leadership role or managing teams
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design
